1. Using Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them.
2. Plans, Pricing & Billing
- Pricing for our plans is shown on our website and may include one-time setup fees and recurring monthly subscription fees.
- Promotional or founder pricing is available only for the stated period and subject to the terms presented at sign-up.
- Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties.
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
3. Setup & Delivery
Many of our offerings are done-for-you services with estimated delivery timelines communicated during onboarding. Timelines depend on your timely cooperation, including providing the information and access we need. Estimated timeframes are targets, not guarantees.
4. Your Content & Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information, materials, and accounts you provide to us or connect to the Services, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate and deliver the Services on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including SNUD OS™ software, branding, mascots, and content, are owned by SNUD OS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. You keep ownership of your own business data and content.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools and platforms. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to deliver great results, we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNUD OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
